Ben Tesh steps up to deliver his first ever pop-up restaurant in House of Koko at the end of January. It might be his first but we’re very confident that Ben will deliver as he has pedigree. He was Head Chef at Anthony’s before doing a tour of Michelin starred restaurants in London (Ledbury & Pied á Terre) followed by a stage at the world best restaurant Noma. When he came back to the UK he worked with Alex Bond at Turner’s, another Michelin star restaurant in Birmingham.
So it might be his first pop-up but we’re expecting great things and an unforgettable night.
